We accept all credit cards. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. Shipping
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx 2 Day.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you place your order online. If there are any miscalculations happened, we have the right to change it anytime.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Orders placed after business hours on Friday afternoon or on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday your order will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Please allow 5 business days for FedEx Ground and 2 business days for FedEx 2 Day. There is no weekend delivery option.
Delivery delays may occur if your address is incorrect. Please take the time to make sure that your information is accurate. Be sure to include apartment number or suite number if applicable.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
Returns can be accepted only on brand new factory-packed merchandise. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted. Software cannot be returned. Returns or exchanges accepted up to 7 days after arrival date. There maybe a 20% restocking charge on all returns to cover processing, insurance and bank charges. Warranty
Items not accompanied by a warranty card are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover any damage due to accidents, misuse or negligence. All items with factory warranty for longer periods of time must be sent for repair or replacement to the factory, or authorized service center with full insurance coverage and freight charges prepaid.
